That's on my list!!! There is an old cemetery right off of the main drag,St George street and I just need to make sure the gate stays open at night, I think they lock it after dusk.

You know St. Augustine is noted for being one of the most haunted cities? It would make a nice image to do one of these at one of the very old grave yards.... but I am weird like that. Thanks for the welcome.

Wendy,Thank You! And a good title name too! It's fun to do and hoping to do some more next trip to St.Augustine. And Welcome to FAA.

Yes, I had brought a strong flashlight, for that very purpose, so the person behind the camera could focus on me and then begin the process. It's an old technique that I used for many years, shooting large format in the studio, using a bright flashlight, to help focus on the subject/tabletop...........

I like this shot! The light ancient walls beyond are extra special in a light ball. One big tip for anyone trying this is to manually focus! I did some on a beach in Prince Edward Island and found out later they were all blurry because I had left it on Autofocus.
