Product Details

Decorate your bathroom and dry yourself off with our luxuriously soft bath towels and hand towels.   Our towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Available in three different sizes: hand towel, bath towel, and bath sheet.

Artist's Description

This is a "sister" image to "Falling Water Great Smoky Mountains". I actually almost stepped into this when I was concentrating on the small waterfall image. After I captured the waterfall image, I studied this small whirlpool. I then cleaned out all the old brown leaves and replaced them with new, bright colored leaves and then watched. I took about 30-40 images, at different shutter speeds and had to stop and keep the new leaves from getting bunched up. I finally got this!
This image has a slight "painterly effect" that can best be seen using the green box.

I'm a Photographer based here in Central Florida and, like many of others, started out with a "hand me down" camera and no idea what to do with it or even what the camera could do. I was in my early 20's at that time and didn't have a lot of money to spend on books or film. So my first trip was to the local Library and the "photography" section and more specifically, the "how to" shelf. There I found an odd assortment of books that described things and subjects that were way over my head. Then I found my first edition of the Time/Life books on Photography and that's where I started!
